Puppy Therapy is designed to bring the joy and magic of dogs to everyone with a stress-free experience. To that end, there are no ads, no interruptions, and we don't share or sell any of your data.

Puppy Therapy works on any iPhone or iPad running iOS 13 or newer.*

This means it should work on any iPhone or iPad manufactured any time in the past 4-5 years if you've updated iOS on that device within the past couple years.

*Some features are not available on all devices or iOS versions. Feeling Oliver's heartbeat is available only on iPhone 8 or newer. Widgets are available on iPhones running iOS 14 or newer and iPads running iPadOS 15 or newer.

Simply make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on your iPad. Then, download Puppy Therapy onto your iPad. Tap "Already Subscribed?" to sync the purchase to your iPad.

Yes, we support Apple's Family Sharing feature! If one family member pays for Puppy Therapy Pro, they can share it with up to 5 other family members.

First, set up Family Sharing by following Apple's instructions here.

Then, when another family member downloads Puppy Therapy from the App Store, they can activate the shared purchase as follows: 

• In the app, when prompted to subscribe for Puppy Therapy Pro, tap on "Already Subscribed?" This will sync your Apple ID and your device with the already purchased family subscription. After it finishes syncing, Puppy Therapy Pro will be activated.

• Open the Puppy Therapy app.
• Tap on "Settings" in the bottom bar.
• Tap on the Puppy Therapy Pro purple logo at the top of the Settings page.
• Tap on "Manage Subscription" at the very bottom of the screen.
  
• Find "Puppy Therapy Pro" on the list of subscriptions. Tap "Cancel Subscription."
  

You'll continue to have access to Pro features after you've cancelled the subscription up until the next billing date.

Note: Deleting the app from your iPhone or iPad won't cancel the subscription. If you've already deleted the app, cancel your subscription by following Apple's instructions here.
